- 30 seconds, Rest
- 30 seconds, Pullups
- 30 seconds, Rest
- 30 seconds, Burpees
- 30 seconds, Rest

I'm outa shape so I scaled with 20sec intervals.
I forgot to rest between exercises the first 2 rounds but I'm assuming exhaustion helped to refresh my memory. LOL
