We've started a new cycle at CFBF: over the next several months, we will be programming with an Olympic weightlifting bias. If you would like to stay with the Strengh Bias programming, feel free to head back to the archives and repeat the cycle again.

I'll be keeping an eye on your new cycle. I may repeat your strength cycle as I'd like for crisco (14) to build a strength base.

5:37 metcon, did slow dead hangs from the pull up bar b/c I obviously can't do 30 yet. I did do a couple dead hangs before I started though.
