WOD:
5 Rounds for Time:
- Run 400 meters
- 6 Pistols, alternating legs
- 12 Burpees
- 18 Knees-to-Elbows

I will be in the gym at 0830 and Garrett will be running a session at 1600 in order to spread out the group a bit to lessen any logistical problems.
