- 20 Pull-ups
- 30 Push-ups
- 40 Sit-ups
- 50 Squats

Rest precisely 3 minutes between rounds.

Could not complete standard push-up's in regualer grip. Something above RT Elbow felt weak and funny. Completed push up's with most body weight on left side with RT arm as stabilizer.
