3 Position Clean (Mid-hang, Hang, Floor) - 65% x 3 sets
Clean & Jerk - 75% x 1 x 3

WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
If your PR is over 25 Rounds, add a 20 lbs weight vest
