- Turkish Get-up - Find your barbell 1RM
- Iron Cross Progressions (Click for CFJ Video Article)

WOD:
"Windy Cindy"
Set a countdown timer for 20 minutes.
- Run 1 mile
Then AMRAP in the remainder of time after you complete the mile run:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
