This has been a rough 3 days, spend some extra time on recovery: go for a walk, foam roll, contrast hydrotherapy, etc...

On another note, the video from Andy and Ryan's farewell WOD is finished, I'm just having problems uploading it to Vimeo...once it's finished I'll be sure to post it!
