- 5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 135 lbs
- 10 Ring Dips
- 5 Thrusters, 135 lbs

8:16, dropped the bar once on the last set of thrusters which in all fairness I had pretty crappy form on. You sir, are fucking sick. Also you and Matt need to post your times on here so I can tell if I'm winning.
