First, you deserve some more foam roller work after this week, especially your lower back from yesterday. Here is a link to a great article on T-Nation that shows you how to hit nearly all of the major muscle groups.

John Welborne, who played 9 seasons in the NFL, joined forces with Coach Glassman and several other top Coaches to form CrossFit Football. They offer some great programming to "Forge Powerful Athletes" for contact sports. Go check it out!
