Chocolate Milk - The Official Kool-Aid of CrossFit Barbarian Fitness.

Milk has some amazing properties that lend itself well to muscle growth and post workout recovery. Here at CFBF, we recommend 16-32 oz (depending on your weight goals) of chocolate milk post-workout, so enjoy!
