- Skin the Cats (Novices may tuck their legs into their chest)

WOD:
"Michael"
3 Rounds for Time:
- Run 800 meters
- 50 Back Extensions
- 50 Sit-ups

19:40, I split the sit ups and lower back extentions into 4 consecutive sets of 25. Does that work or have I failed?

Randy,

Technically you are supposed to complete all 50 reps of one exercise before moving on to the other, but don't get too wrapped around the axle about it. As long as the intensity is there, it's all good.
