- 3 Position Clean (Mid-hang, Hang, Floor) - 65% x 3 sets
- Clean & Jerk - 75% x 1 x 3

WOD:
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 5 Front Squats, 185 lbs
- 10 Clapping Push-ups
- 15 Pull-ups
