"Murph"
- Run 1 mile
- 100 Pullups
- 200 Pushups
- 300 Squats
- Run 1 mile
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a 20 lbs vest or body armor, wear it.

Because of bad knee. Modified to jump rope for 7 min instead of one mile run.

Compared to my last Murph (8th Dec 09), I did double the work in 5 minutes more.
