LT Michael McGreevy died while conducting a rescue operation in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.

Hey Alex,

If you go on the main page, under tomorrow's date (02JUL10) and click on this article "The 2010 Games Workouts Announced - But Not Really" I'm 97% sure they got a picture of you yelling at Mikko while he's pulling nearly half a ton.

I hope he thanked you, I remember being yelled at like that by you, that might be how he pulled it.

Yeah, that's my ugly mug. And for the record, I wasn't "Motivating" him-that's not the role of a judge-I was merely ensuring that he understood when the lift was good. Yup...that's it. :-)

And also for the record, Mikko is insane...my presence had zero to do with that lift...He's just not human.

The extra strength work is really paying off, especially since I have a lot of room for improvement :) Also, your programming is pretty cool.

I'm going to miss a few workouts these weeks, though; I'm getting my tattoo finished, and a short vacation in August.
