- 21 Kettlebell Swings, 2 pood (or 75 lbs DB)
- 12 Ring Dips

-As RX in 26.54

*This hurt bad! considering 200m of my 400m is a steep incline then followed by 21 2 pood swings I was hurting after the 3rd round.
