- Snatch Balance - Heavy Single

Split Jerk - Heavy Single

WOD:
7 Rounds for Time:
- 7 Overhead Squats, 135 lbs
- 7 Box Jumps, Mid-thigh
- 7 Clapping Pushups

We need to get a group together to do some crossfit at NCTAMS. I know we can get at least 3 or 4 people down to do this. Let me know if that works.

Yeah, you're probably right. The only issue is trying to figure out a time that works for the majority of people. I've got the gear, so if we can set this up, I'm down. Thoughts...?
