Skill Work:
- Overhead Squat - 70% x 2 x 2
- Snatch Balance - 70% x 3 x 2
- Snatch - 75% x 1 x 3
Strength:Deadlift (w/ Chains) - Set a new 3 Rep Max
WOD:Sprints:15 x 40 metersRest approximately 1 minute between reps.Post weights and splits to comments.

*Alex, do you have a pair of those extenders that was on that video you posted for using chains on DL? Or do you just drape them over the ends?
I kept lowering the plates down on to the chains and I didn't like that too much. I remember him mentioning putting them over the center of the bar and using a sumo dl but I would like to do both dl's with chains.
What do you recommend?
I do have a set of the extenders. They are pretty nice, although I find that if you don't put something on the end to hold the chains in place they tend to bounce off the extenders when you're doing multiple reps. All in all, I think they are a good investment for sure.
