Back Squat - Set a new 5 Rep Max
(Use a box and bands if you have them)

WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
- Run 800 meters
- 30 Pull-ups
- 40 Push-ups
- 50 Squats

Pressed for time due to classes so I had to skip the strength.
