- 50 Box jumps, 24"
- 50 Jumping Pull-ups
- 50 KB Swings, 1 Pood (or 35 lbs DB)
- 50 Walking Lunges- 50 Knees-to-Elbows
- 50 Push Press, 45 lbs- 50 Back Extensions
- 50 Wall Ball Shots, 20 lbs
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double Unders

As RX in 29.22

-Had to do the pull ups in that gay pull up/ dip contraption. Due to my height disadvantage I couldn't reach the step so I had to do regular kipping pull ups 50 times!!!!
