Didn't get to your post in time and now the navy blocks your site. We did Badger today because it was Veteran's Day and boy did that hurt.

I'm really excited about doing this wod so you'll be seeing my time up soon.

I'm on my way inbound to Bahrain and am wondering where and when anybody does crossfit there?

Post here on Alex's blog when you get here and I'll let know when we forge elite fitness.

There are other people I see doing some sort of crossfit training but you can tell they've never worked with an affiliate before. There only two or three other people on this base that I would recommend you workout with.
