3 Position Clean (Mid-hang, Hang, Floor) - 65% x 3 sets

- Thrusters, 75 lbs

I did 60 seconds of handtand and L-sit holds instead because I didnt write the W.O.D. down and forgot..

I had a time of 7:20 on the thrusters and double unders since im still recovering on my head ache and my horrible cooridination when it comes to rhythm for those..but I powered through the thrusters at 35lbs dumbells since there wasnt a bar available at the time.
