SNATCH- shoulders still jacked up, can't support heavy weight been working on bar and light weight. very weird

I was stoked when I got it. had to bail on the first attempt but i got pretty mad and pulled it on the second try.
got my first goal, next are my front (280) and back squat (370) goals followed by my dl goal (465). Almost there, hopefully by christmas!!!
