Missed your post today, my day started at 3am and I never gotta chance to check it so this is what I did:
A Garrett Vargas Joint (I made up this wod):
SKILL WORK
-2 Position clean (floor & hang) 75% of C&J max 2x2
-Press complex (2 shoulder press, 2 push press & 2 push jerk) 65% of C&J max 1x3
WOD "Tabata: Rings of Fire"
-Ring push ups*
-Weighted sit ups* 45#
-Inverted ring pull ups*
-Back Squat* (body weight) 185#
8 rds of each exercise, 20 secs of work 10 secs of rest. No rest between exercises
*RPSH: 101
*WTSU: 70
*IRPLL: 80
*BKSQ: 54
Did it in reverse order because I'm dumb: descending thrusters, ascending double unders.
