2 Position Clean (Floor, Mid-Hang) - 70% x 3 Sets
Clean Pull - 95% of clean x 3 x 3

Strength:
Bench Press - Set a new 3 Rep Max

My new barbell collars turned out to be total crap; the plates just slid off the damned dumbbell when I was trying to hold it between the legs for the wPUs. Had to grab the next best db (6 kg), and put on more weight while catching a breath.

Bryan: 215 lbs looks pretty impressive from where I'm at. :)
