some guy said he was e-mailing you from out here in Bahrain about doing your wod. I was kinda short with him cause he approached me in the middle of my 2nd rd. If you want me to help him out I would be more than happy too, as I'm sure Ed and Brian would too...?

Hey are you guys working out in Bahrain?? I sent an email a long time ago to Alex's gmail address advertised here, but never got a response. I was working out with Mike and crew until they left, but I've been on my own ever since. Any chance I could join you for some CF fun?? Thanks, Jen

usually work out in the afternoon, on workdays starting between 2 and 4pm. Usually try to get in a bit earlier on weekend.

Jennifer... or anybody else in Bahrain reading this blog and are interested in CF Barbarian. Just like Brian said we are usually in the gym between 2pm and 4pm sun-thur and no set time on the weekends. We are one day behind the posted WOD dates (so our off days are Alex' first day back).

We are the guys in the corner doing a lot of barbell work on the platforms, usually overhead work and slamming the weights around like they are intended for. If you see somebody using rings that's probably us.

Feel free to come up to us whenever and introduce yourself, we'll be more then willing to put you through Alex' wod. If you're new to the CF world don't worry, we scale wods and we'll walk you through every exercise prior to getting under the bar or starting the wod.
