I am on NSA for the next 3 weeks and looking to Crossfit. Been doing my WOD's in the gym for the last week. If you guys know a better spot, when Alex will be back, and/or would like to get together for a WOD let me know. Also, I have been a level 1 Trainier for a year now and I am willing to train anyone in Alex's absence if they are looking to be a better Crossfitter. I will not be in any way affiliated with Barbarian CF just a Trainer looking to help anyone who needs it or someone looking for some healthy competition. Normally yes that's when I'm in the gym, unless I get off early. We'll be in there tomorrow after 430pm. We work out in the main gym. Although there is a much better place that is actually somewhat tailored for CrossFit WOD's but I can't get in there without an escort.
As for Alex, sorry bro you just missed him, he PCS'd at the beginning of this month.
That figures. I guess it is up to me now. I will do what I can to be in the gym around that time. I met another guy yesterday that just started and he said he has a another guy that is into CF. Maybe we can get something rolling on our own. Escort?

Sounds good to me, nothing better than having somebody there to motivate you through the wod. There are a handful of CFBF guys and we're close with the Military Athlete guys that are in the gym a lot. My schedule seems to be as unpredictable as yours but generally i'm in between 4-6 but these past three days it's been between 1-3.
