Prolly would have gotten a better time but I ate it on the first box jump, took the skin off my shin. So we lowered the box down. I also was gassing horribly at 185, so I took some weight off to avoid potential injury.
SKILL WORK
-Had to skip the skill work I feel like there are razor blades in my shoulders when I stretch my arms overhead. I figured that's not a good thing.

It was nice being able to do the 15 reps first this time and not last like on the 30th of May, improved my time by 1.30 probably due to reversing the order... huh?
