WOD:"Tabata Something Else"Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds Work, 10 seconds Rest for each of the following exercises. There is no rest in between exercises.
- Pullups
- Pushups
- Situps
- Squats
Post weights and number of reps per round of each exercise.
