I ...I'm with Zorg, this one was pure murder!!!<br /><br />I completed 3 RDS at RX weight. I dont have anywhere to do MU's so I did 8 palms in pull ups and 8 ring dips to sub. The 4th and FINAL rnd I scaled down to 115# for the squat cleans and push press' and 205# for the deadlift. After the 4th rnd it hurt too much to move so that's when I called it day.<br />Time: 48.40<br /><br />Hey buddy, I'm not sure if you did this one but it was pure torture from the 2nd rnd on. Did you create this wod for the Rob Orlando's, Josh Everett's, Jason Kalipa's and Mikko Salo's of the world?
